Introduction :
Ethics is a general term for what is often described as the science of morality. However, it can be considered as the basic principles on which laws, regulations and rules for specialized professions to follow. Ethics involves systematizing, defending and recommending concepts of right and wrong behavior policies. Most people accept general values like religion, philosophy and cultural beliefs to be the main resources for ethics of professions, including medical ethics.
Medical ethics is of utmost importance in all health professions. The moralities of medicine are taught in all health curricula with different loads. The initial rules have been introduced by the Hippocratic oath whose vow represented the base for most of the ethical consideration in medicine. Nowadays medical ethics is taught by community physicians or whoever shows interest from the staff. Whenever a new medical event occur a panel of experts in medicine, law and shari'at will formulate the final rule. Indeed medical ethics degree is a raw area needed by the health professions and the community at large.
