Case #54: a young doctor heavily indebted because of payment for cancer treatment for his father decided to open a private clinic near the public hospital where he worked. He started advising his patients to see him at the private clinic in the evening where he could give them better care.

Case #55: a specialist doctor with a private surgical clinic reached an arrangement with the medical officer at a public hospital to refer patients in return for a payment of 10% of the patient fee.

Case #56: Three Muslim friends graduated at the same time from the medical school set up a successful private practice. One of them decided to split from the group and set up a clinic next door.

Case #57: a specialist surgeon working in a public hospital started referring all patients he saw to get x-ray examination from a radiology center owned by his wife. The wife charged the lowest fees of all the radiologists in town.
